I've uninstalled them, uninstalled the Unifying software, then rebooted, reinstalled the Unfiying software ver 2.50.25 from the website. If I unplug the Unifying receiver, they both disappear. Under "Other Devices" I have 2 instances for USB Receiver. In device manager, under keyboard, I only have HID-compliant keyboard. Win 10 64bit - in settings panel for wireless devices, it says it sees the Unifying Receiver, but underneath says "Driver is Unavailable".
